Summary0001893: [Smart3][OS10] Request Google reset when Security patch downgrade at OS10
DescriptionHi Jason

Smart3 OS10(UI541) does not do Google reset even if STB downgrade to previous security patch.
But the issue was recently reported by BMT.

If the data is not initialized after updating to a lower version of the security patch, a keystore-related error is being observed

Therefore, SKB is requesting Google reset when updating the security patch to a lower version (it is already implemented at smart3 OS12)

Please apply Google reset(data reset) when updating Security patch to lower version.

I am confirming the issue.
Because the handling of ATV10 and ATV12 is different.
So i can not use the previous patch directly.

I will release SD test FW to you tomorrow.

Please apply it to UI541 Hybrid first. ( commit prefix is BPM-28868 )
